What drives Rebecca is to connect passionate and highly skilled people with their dream role. To identify the best candidates, Rebecca actively sources and leverages her existing network and connections, which provides fast, targeted results for MHB Group’s clients.

Rebecca started her career working for a boutique agency in Victoria, BC where she recruited for the public sector. In 2007, Rebecca returned to her home city of Toronto and joined an international publicly traded recruitment consultancy, as a Corporate Recruiter. Filling roles across Canada, Rebecca successfully increased the company’s national headcount from 80 to 240 staff in less than two years before returning to a recruitment consultant role, once again working with external clients and candidates. In 2012 Rebecca co-founded a boutique recruitment agency that specialized in the sustainable, renewable/cleantech industry; heading up the recruitment of junior to c-level positions for mainly engineering, construction, sales, and supply chain. Now, Rebecca is applying her recruitment expertise as the Director of Talent with MHB Group, focused on construction, engineering, property and architecture.
